OMG it's beeeeeen so long I almost forgot how to update this damn thing! Well not really but anywho...I have GREAT news!! Marisela got a new job!! WOOOHOOO The job is at the same company but it's much higher position and comes with a super duper raise!! I can't begin to tell you all how proud of I am of of her. She has put SO much effort into getting this position! I'm sure that anyone else would have just quit long ago! Way to go baby!

Updates and pictures on the way...I'm just really slow right now. On a happier note, I just got back from a fun two week trip to Mexico with M! :) I wish the weather in Baltimore was warm like that...*sigh*. :)

I fianlly finished my bachelors degree on 10/3!!!! WOOHOO I'm not looking into my options for a Masters degree...who'da thunked it!?

I really could not have done this with out all the AMAZING support from Marisela....thank you so much babe!

Well my birthday was awesome! M got me the coolest iPod shuffle to I can take my music with my while on the slopes strapped to a board! hehe Marisela's mom, Marisela, came on 10/1 as well for a fantastic week long visit! I really hope that she can come back yearly cause it was so great to have her. I also hope that Luis and Alberto can get their VISAs as well....*hoping*

Well I made it back from Tx just in time to watch the flood waters rise. I cannot believe how horrible this has been for the residents of LA and Mississippi. I really hope that we can avoid this tragedy in the future. On a happier note, my trip was AWESOME and I had a blast getting to know Matt and hanging out with my bud X! You guys rock and thank you both SO much for the excellent time! (all except the food poisoning) I'll have pictures to post later today I think and more to tell.

Wow it seems like forever since I updated on here!! haha Things are going very well for Marisela and I! We had a successful house warming party a few weeks back but I slightly misjudged the keg size...ugh...oh well! haha I must add that if you are giong ot have a party and use a grill you HAVE TO GET hamburgers from WholeFoods....wow!! Anywho, I'm almost done this class now which leaves one more to go! PHEW! I'm also going to start packing for vacation soon in Texas. Heading down to visit some of my best friends. I'll keep you posted on that too!

Busy busy busy...Just wrapped up yet another class so that leaves only two to go before I finish my degree. Keeping on track leaves me with a grad date of Oct. 3 so wish me luck! :)

Marisela and I had our house warming party last weekend. Great time! Between Quiznos, the keg and all the other great food people brought everyone was very happy! I should have some pictures of that soon. I'll keep you all posted.

One of my frat brothers won a bowling party that we attended the other night. I have not been bowling since my days in LaVale....lol Marisela had NEVER been bowling. It was funny yet sad at the smae time, if you ever want to experience small down redneck 'AmRica' (Bushism) then just visit ANY bowling alley from CA to MD...Omg what a bunch of loser white trash! haha

Well I had a busy weekend! Star Wars on Friday, Cirque du Soleil on Saturday (with my beautiful wife) and the O's game on Sunday! Phew! I'm ready for another weekend after all that! haha

The circus was beyond words. We had center stage tix right up front and OMG was that amazing! If you have not seen any of these productions I urge you to go now now now without hesitation!

Today I was subjected to one of the most cruel comments I have ever heard. I was a member of a parrot yahoo group and because I did not introduce myself when I first joined, I was banned from all the parrot groups I was a member of. Not only was I banned but I had to read the most audacious bull shit I have ever read in an email. This woman called me "stupid" and then proceeded to tell me that SHE know what "I did" to my last bird. As everyone know that is close to me, the passing of Kika tore my heart out and there was nothing I could do to change things because the bird was sick when I got her. To have this fat, bitter, redneck woman tell me it was MY fault really burns me. It scares me to think what I would have done if she would have said those brave comments to my face..... Well on a happier note, where Kika would not start eating, my new bird will not stop! haha He is talking all ready at 5 months and has an appetite like well...like a bird! haha

Rebecca, from the bottom of my heart I hope that you contract some horrible form of leprosy and spend the rest of your miserable days hunched over in a mass of rotting flesh.

Wow...moving really does suck! Well now that I am all done with the move I thought I would take a quick second to sit down and write. I don't have much time right now because I have people coming soon from out of town. The move went very well and we are settling fine. The neighbors are a little radioactive so I have been thinking about investing in a Geiger counter...soon! haha The bird is SUPER vocal and I'm sure its first word will be coming very soon! Marisela's ferret is really demanding as well and is surprisingly vocal when we leave it alone. That's weird for ferrets!

In other news, Marisela had a pretty rough surgery last week. She's off work for 2 two weeks and recovering well.

I'll post some picture after my new furniture is delivered so until then....CYA CYA!

Can you believe it...Marisela and I hit our 2 year anniversary. I have to say that after 2 blissful years I am still like a school boy in love for the first time. Every time I look at her I see the most beautiful woman on earth. Wow. Happy Anniversary Amor.

WOOHOO! Well I finally broke down and bought a snowboard this year. I have been boarding for quite a few years but never wanted to drop the coin for a board of my own. Thanks to my awesome wife I finally just did the deed. I bought a Burton Canyon 163, El Habano Cartel bindings and Ruler boots. I went out the other night with some friends and broke it in....what a sweet ride!!

Wow! Lots to tell lots to tell! We made it back from Mexico in one piece and had a great time! I met some super kewl people and drank my freakin' ass off! haha I'll post pictures and stuff later.

I also ....... bought another bird! WOOHOO! The bird is still an uber baby so I can't actually take it home for about another 7 weeks or so but I picked it out and dropped some coin one it so it's only a matter of time now. I just need to think of a name now...hmmm...suggestions?

On Sunday Marisela and I got up at the butt crack of dawn to take her out to PA so our stylist could make her beautiful (not that she needed any help of course. :) ). From PA we drove 2 hours down to DC for a model photo shoot for a magazine called Passion (www.passionmag.com). I have never seen so many snooty cows in my entire life! MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO OMG! Marisela looked like an angel and I have a really good feeling that she'll be chosen for the mag spread but cross your fingers!! :) Here are a few from that morning...

Well on Saturday BB and I went to see some baby Congos... OMG they are so cute! One of these two cuties will be coming home with us in a few months....decisions, decisions, decisions....

So it's official. My wife is super hot! (not that I didn't all ready know this but...) :) She has been asked to model is a magazine now. We have to drive to DC next weekend for the photo shoot which means getting up at the butt crack of dawn to have her make up done and hair did. haha It's all worth it though...brains, looks...this woman has got it all!

Well I'm honestly still in shock on the results of this election. I never thought the American public would stand behind a government that thumbed its nose at so many others. Well...four more years of international embarrassment I suppose!

Last night we went to a fun little Halloween party at a friends house and had a total blast! I just want to extent a big thank you out to Luca (The Captn' hehe) and Evangelin for all their hospitality! :)

Marisela and I got VIP access to the DC 101 Chili Cook Off and I finally got to see Cake! :) niiiiiiice

So this weekend it's either the Ren Fest of the Taste of Baltimore....hmmmm decisions, decisions...

On Saturday (10/2) Marisela and I drove up to Hershey, PA to go to McCormick day at Hershey park. I hate a really good time but the weather was not great and OMG I have never seen SO many uber-obese people running to buy chocolate in my life! HELLO PEOPLE! Speaking of buying chocolate...hehe..I bought a 5lb. Hershey Bar....wow! I'll post some pics of the monster later. haha

Well it's official...I'm 29. Damn I hate odd numbers! ARG! Well anywho, my bday rocked! Marisela got a phat palm! Sony Clie PEG-TH55 and I picked up a 256mb card for it compliments of my little bro's gift cert! Thanx dude! :) Yeah so we went out to the Green Turtle in Towson Saturday night and got lit! OMG I was so drunk! haha I think I had 8 Capt'n & Cokes...ugh. But the excitement didn't happen until after the lights came on in the place. We all left at like 1:25. Marisela and I were no more then 15 steps out the door and she realized she had left her coat and car keys at the table we were all sitting at....DOH. I ran back down to the bar, walked in, said hola to the monkey bouncers and proceeded to walk back to the table to get her coat. No biggie right!?..WRONG! Next thing I know I'm damn near getting tackled by some meat head monkey bouncer because I didn't stop and explain to him what I was doing....I didn't even hear him say anything to me when I walked in. What an asshole! And what's worse, this fucker works out at my gym! Wait till I get his name...I'm going to post it here, with is address and his boyfriends address!! LOL What comes around.....and don't even get me started with the garbage that spewed from his mouth as I was leaving.... So anywho, Marisela, Jimmy and Bush (Jimmy's Mexican girlfriend) went back to my place and continued to drink...and drink and drink...I cut it off and hit the sack around 4:30....Jimmy on the other hand drank tequila till the weeeee hour like 7am. Then the puking commenced....omg! Someone really needs to teach this boy how to drink. Oh well. -=Good times=-

WOOHOO!! My birthday is tomorrow 9/24 and Marisela bought me something she's being REALLY mysterious about...it's driving me CRAZY! and I want to know what it is now now now!! haha Well if anyone is up for it, we are all going out to the Green Turtle in Towson to start on Saturday night. Make yourselves KNOWN!

On another note, my old roommate's mother passed away on Wednesday 9/22. I knew her very well and she even let me stay with her while I was between places to live. I am really upset about this loss and my heart and thoughts go out to C & J.

On Monday September 6th Kika passed away. We noticed that she was not feeling well on Sunday morning but because of the holiday, my doctor and many others were on vacation and did not have after hours care. By the time I was able to get to an avian vet (that charged me a horrible fee) it was too late and she died not 10 minutes after getting there. She will be missed dearly.

Kika was born 3-22-04. She is a female Congo African Grey. I just got back from the airport with her so here are some pictures of Kika trying to get adjusted to her new home! :)

Well my pet has changed but I'm still picking it up soon....I was going to get a Sun Conure but now have upgraded to a Congo African Grey. I am in the process of shopping for a cage at the moment. As soon as I have that then I'll have the breeder put the young lady on the plane! :)

OH by the way...I'm getting a new pet soon! I have to pick it up at the airport in mid August...can anyone guess what it is? I'll give you a guess...it's exotic! :) hehe

So Marisela and I were out with some friends last night drinking. As we were walking to our car my friend Ben told me I just had to check out the sign in the stairwell.....I after 88oz. of beer I damn near pissed myself for realy! hahahaa

Ok so I love my lawyer...he's the man. Darren....YOU ARE DA MAN! hahaha So I'm sitting in court yesterday for my latest traffic faux paus. Ready for this, hahah "Driving Off Roadway While Passing Veh.". Say what? Okay, in layman's terms I was off roading in my Camaro Z28....yeah...RIIIIIGHT! hahah So I'm sitting in court with my lawyer and it hits me....I'm ALL READY ON PBJ (Probation Before Judgment) for another few months! I got nailed for speeding (a more honorable ticket for a Z :)) last Easter heading to church (no really I was! hah) and the judge let me off. So what does my ingenious lawyer do!?!?!? As SOON as they call me up to get drilled by the judge my lawyer all but runs to the front to give the unsuspecting judge my driving record (the one for personal use that shows only GUILTY verdicts which I have none) before she had a chance to pull my up slightly tarnished record up on her evil evil computer! IT WORKED! LOL She did not bother looking me up in the computer and she gave me...you guessed it...ANOTHER PBJ! Is that possible? WHO CARES! I got off once again! :) WOOHOO!!

Well it's official now, Marisela has a green card! :) Just for the record though....all this shit you hear about national security is bullshit! I can't tell you how many times I've crossed the boarder and never gotten stamped, or had papers specifically requested of us just for them to NOT check them....what a joke you people are! INS, Home Land Security (or whatever your name is this week) GET A CLUE PEOPLE! OMG! OH wait...I have the perfect graphic for how I feel right now haha....lemme try to find it....brb

Well the day has finally come that I get to prove my marriage to the US Government INS department......I am NOT happy about having to do this but it's just one more step to this long ass process! If we play the INS game right today Marisela becomes a 'conditional resident' of the US. What does that mean? Not much really just that we are winners at the INS's version of the Newly Wed Game! hahah Oh well, wish me luck that I keep my temper down when dealing with the inevitable barrage of stupid personal questions I'm about to be subjected to!

Well Valentines Day was an absolute success! Since Marisela had to work that day, I hired a 4 man professional barber shop quartette to go to her job, sing love songs to her and give her flowers. :) WHO does that!? I ROCK! I know I know and that was just the beginning but the rest of the night is private!! heheh I am working on putting the video on the site but I'm having issues converting it to a smaller format. While snowboarding in a jump park do NOT perform an inverted aerial (intentionally or otherwise!) and land on your head from 12 feet up....it hurts and people will think you are dead.

I can't belive it's been one entire year that you have been my wife amor. This has been the most amazing time in my life! I'm sure there will be many more to come! I hope you enjoyed snowboarding last night....I know your ass is sore but you did a great job! Congrats! Te amo mi amor!!!!

Before we left for Mexico, we met up with my little brother and HIS Mexican girlfriend who was in town for a few weeks visiting Jimmy. Alejandra Bush (Bush to her friends) is 24 and an MD living (currently) in Mexico City. She is good friends with Marisela and it was her idea to hook Jimmy and her up on our last trip to Mex. MAGIC! haha

The trip to Mexico for Christmas was fantastic! I am really beginning to bond with Marisela's parents and especially, Alberto, her father. Here as some pics that were taken from the trip. I'll give little captions as I go :)

Earlier this month Marisela and I took a fun trip down to Baltimore's Inner Harbor. On the way down we stopped to appreciate the colorful fall we are having this year. We also took a minute to visit her new store, Chipotle. After that we hit a place for quick bite and she made faces as me while I stared into her dreamy eyes... :)

Marisela is the new Assistant Manager at the soon to be Inner Harbor Chipotle! :) Great job hon....I think you need a smaller shirt though..hmmm

I have had the best time so far this birthday from surprise parties to the sweetest cards and notes from family and friends! This rocks so far!! :) So last week my brother told me he was taking me out for my birthday. I got all dressed for the big dinner and dragged my wife out the door (in my usual hurried fashion). I had to stop at my brothers apt at school to pick him up and get a "gift" from him..hmmmm haha He told me he was meeting me down stairs so he could let me in his place. When we go to his door I was sorta pushed in to a dark room only to hear voices yelling "HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!"...wow. When the lights came on I saw my mom and dad standing there waiting for me. They wanted to do something special for me on my bday and realized that there was no way they could pull a surprise off by me driving three hours to see them....so they packed up and came down to me. They also wanted to make me dinner and since I was not going up there they brought it down to me! They packed a big cooler with steaks and salads....the whole deal! :) And not to mention, my favorite cookie cake!!!! Well anyway how cool is that! I have the best family ever!! Thank you all so much for that amazing night!!

Another amazing trip to Mexico has come and gone. I will post the pics very soon but before I do that I want to send my thanks to Marisela's father. I know there was some tension about meeting me in the beginning but I can't thank you enough for opening your heart and your home to me and my family. I wish you all the best and I can't wait to see you in December!

Wow I haven't updated this site in a few months I see! I have been so busy enjoying life with my wife and best friend Marisela. Today, July 25 2003, marks our 6 month anniversary. (do people celebrate 6 months?! haha) Either way, every day I spend with Marisela is a celebration to me. She makes me so happy!

In other news, I have my tix for my next trip to Mexico. August 10th will be the day I finally get to meet my father-in-law......and yes I have NEVER met him! :) I stole his beautiful (and only) daughter from him and never thought twice about it. I'm a jerk you say!? So be it. I'm happy as hell and that's all that matters! :) I have some pictures and stuff to post from things we have done but I just have to pull them off the camera. I'll update more soon.

Well the time has come to trade in my jersey for a ring. On Saturday January 25th at 12 noon I will marry Marisela Lopez Vargas. This is the most important decision I have ever made. Marisela is the most amazing woman I have ever met. purrrrrr

Due to old technology I can not share the wedding ceremony with you all but thanx to nice T1 at the reception hall I will be streaming the party at the following site..... PARTY!

I'm out walking to the mall for my exercise when I walk past this old broken down RV with a load of scruffy dreadlock wearing guys hanging around smokin'.....not the type crew you'd see in my neighborhood.... I walked by and cordially said hello and marched on. On my return route I decided to stop and make idle small talk with my new temporary neighbors. I found out that they were broken down (no duh) and that they were in a band from L.A. and were supposed to open for another band called Hed PE at the Recher Theatre that night.....but since they broke down they had to cancel, send there road manager out for spark plugs and the like and sit there with nothing to do but watch cars go by! Not my idea of a fun night to be honest. So I marched on...thinking... I got home and decided to do my random act of kindness for the week!! I called up Papa Johns in Towson and ordered a stack of pizzas and a couple bottles of soda. After I got cleaned up and threw some clothes on and went to grab the food. When I pulled up to the RV they were all inside relaxing. I knocked on the door of the bus pizzas in hand. One of the guys was like...'what's up man?' hehe...I told him his pizza was here! hahahah To say that they were shocked was an understatement....most the guys came out and introduced themselves....come to find out they are a signed band from LA called Stepa! www.stepamusic.com They gave me a free CD too!! :) Well anywho, it felt great being able to help someone like that...

P.S. I hope you liked the pizza. Oh yeah...the boxes are still out in that dudes yard guys!! LOL oh well! hahah

WOOHOO!!!! After 3 grueling days in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico Marisela finally got her Visa to come to the US!!!! WOOOOHOOOO....now...I have a wedding to finish planning!! hahah

*sigh*...it has just come to my attention that my dad has to go in for another surgery related to the cancer incident a few months ago. He goes in for surgery on October 2, 2002. They are going to remove half of his thyroid because he has a tumor. The doctors say he will only be in the hospital for a few days. Dad is not thrilled about having to get put to sleep and cut open again...can you blame him? Send me your thoughts...

Well it's that time again of the year again folks. Time for Mr. Blowfish himself to turn yet another year older! hehehee

Well it's official! I'm getting married!!!! WOOHOO On August 23, 2002 I hopped on a flight to Mexico City, Mexico. I arrived in at 4:30 and waited for 2 hours for my ride to show up. Traffic was really bad in Mexico City so my friend Alex was late to pick me up. By 7pm I was at the hotel and quickly changed into my suit for the evening. At 8:30 Alex and I met up with our good friend Nayelli to purchase the flowers for the evening (one single long stemmed red rose for Marisela and a pink long stem for her mother). At 9:15 we arrived at the Italian restaurant as planned. Nayelli and Alex strolled in, kissed Marisela on her cheek and said their holas to the rest of the guests. I waited about 5 minutes then made my entrance. I quietly walked up to the table and put my arms around an unsuspecting fiancé to be, whispered in her ear and gave her the rose. She instantly jumped from her seat to shower me with kisses and hugs! I then sat her down, turned her chair around, got down on one knee and did the deed....

This night could not have happened with out the amazing help of her friends and family. Special thanks goes out to Nayelli, Alex, Marisela (her mom) and her brother Luis Alberto. Thank you all SO much for your help! I could not have done this with out you guys!
